I'm not sure original Mario Maker even did this. If you are doing it custom, though, you deserve a pat on the back, for your amazing effort.

2. With the latest SMM update, they changed the way coins turned into blocks work. Because of that, most of the levels submitted are now broken.

He's trying to do some direct attachment to post stuff, instead of linking to the actual attachment.

I might make a new change to the website, in order to allow this type of stuff. It'll be hard, but it'll be worth it. I mean, all the other wiki software allow this, so why can't we?

So basically, link the actual image, not just the attachment name.

We'll also make sure no one deletes your level.

I mean, if nintendo takes down your level, you can always re-upload on the SMMDB.

Unfortunately, we haven't found a method to make this work on the 3DS.

BTW, uh, the OP inspired me to do a change to the way first post editing is handled. This change has existed for a while, but I never documented it.

Previously, you need to have either the "edit your own post" permission and have the original post made by you, or you need to have the permission to edit all posts (which is only available to the Moderator Role.)
Now, I made a change, in which if you have the "Super Mario Maker Hackers" secondary role, you can edit the first post in this forum only. This can hopefully help with this concern you have:


The other benefit to this change is also to add 3DS/WiiU ports to the main post, as well as adding screenshots to mods that don't have them. I might do the same with ReMaker, if people agree...

Yeah, GRA got banned from Mario Maker and Splatoon, hence why I recommend to upload it on SMMDB. Not only for GRA, though. Mainly for everyone that has been banned like Psycrow, and many others.

Yeah, but afaik, I think this mod has only been released for 3DS at the moment...

Personally, I wish there was a way to do so without playing dumb and annoying global courses, but this definately improves that. Good job!

Dang, this theme is the most polished theme I've ever seen for ReMaker. Great job! I also like the idea of having different area's of the level determined by the background. This post/thread definitely deserves a star.

TBH, I do like MKWii more than 8 because of its power ups and physics, but I also don't mind MK8. Good job!

Anyways, I don't think anyone here watches UTAU, or listens to it.

I do think all the Odyssey themes have been completed. However, buntendo will need to correct me on that.
