Epic_stuff, your mods are amazing! I'm looking forward to play this one on Wii U. Thanks! I hope to release the Wii U version later this month. The only reason it hasn't been released yet is because of the lack of resources. I guess that people want it so badly, they're willing to take it unfinished. |

So if you didn't know, it is 100% possible to get a mystery mushroom in SMM3DS. Have a Magikoopa hit a bunch of brick blocks until one appears. Unfortunately, it defaults to plain small mario that can duck/break blocks, etc. I was wondering if anyone could change those textures to the Captain Toad costume, with sounds (if possible)? Thanks! |

it's not patched if i remember correctly. I didn't find the mushroom costume and i think nintendo removed it. BUT Mega Mario still is in the game files (yes, both versions). Does Mario's small sprite have the crouching sprite? If so, then I would assume the Mystery Mushroom just uses that. |

Wait, is this the theme from SMW Pirhana Island 2 ? If it is then you really like this game. I love Super Mario World. I actually didn't realize my Volcano theme was from that ROM hack until I started ripping the tiles for this theme |

Here's a fun and simple idea. Change everything in the SMB3 theme into the 16-bit sprite version from All-Stars. If certain objects don't exist in that style they could either be recolored in Photoshop, have certain things be taken from the GBA version or just take things from the SMW theme. Give it time... I'm sure it's being worked on by somebody. |

Hey everyone! Epic_stuff here. Me, NightYoshi370, Buntendo, GRAnimated, and a few others have been working on this for about 6 months now and we have made great progress. Posted below are some screenshots of both versions. We wanted to postpone this post until we made more progress, but the competition gets harder and harder to beat! It looks done, but there is still much to do. We still need to edit sprites on 3DS, change the GUI, port to Wii U, etc. until we can give a download. We hope you guys can hold off a little longer in the meantime! 3DS Images not final. Looks really cool, but I wouldn't want it 3DS exclusive. I really don't like that version :p Don't worry, we'll be releasing both versions at the same time. |

Are you sure you don't want to make tracks invisible ? Yep. I don't think it's a good idea to make them invisible because then people can't see their tracks. |

For the SMB3 airship, are you going to make an airship theme or tank theme ? We don't know yet. Right now we just need to finish the basics. |
