That would get highly irritating during a posting spree. True... but 1) Chrome notifications go away after 5 or 10 seconds and 2) They don't show up if you're on the website, so I would usually by then be there reading the posts. Although, if you are really impatient, you can join the discord and set the notifications on #forum-report to be every message. I could, but Chrome notifications are much better. Discord notifications also make a sound : P_________________________  |

Discord and Chrome notifications are the exact same thing because Discord's desktop client is basically the web version with a few specific changes wrapped around Chromium. |

Electron still isn’t very integral in the system, however. I personally dislike any application made with it as it just doesn’t feel right (plus the stupid Chrome font smoothing is annoying). |

No they aren't... Discord uses Windows 10 notifications, and Chrome uses... well, Chrome notifications. actually, the discord app for windows and mac os x is basically chrome you can press control+shift+i for proof (on windows atleast) so it'd probably use the same notifos on the os as chrome would Error 702: You provided Type C Meme gas when the Meme Machine™ required Type B Meme water

Well, they both use what's called Electron. So does slack. Um, anyways, the end of 2017 is coming upon us, and we have to soon start 2018. So, how was 2017 for you guys? For me, it was probably the worst year, although some good things came out of it. +I got introduced to JoJo +Super Mario Maker Hacking has started for me +I started running this board +I've found a new IRL friend and we share alot in common +We made a paper rollarcoaster +I met GRAnimated, Huseyin, Epic_Stuff, Buntendo, Dynasty, and so many more awesome people. Ah, 2017. The yeah of really crappy politics and random acts of terrorism. As for my own life, tho, it went ok. I really got my YouTube started and I moved to a new house. I'm trying to figure out how to get them on YouTube and make it look good. I have no actual real animating software and have to use Scratch. That isn't really a problem, although It means I have to find a way to screen record it. I'm kind of excited for this board, not to mention that being one of the first couple hundred members is cool. I'm not much into hacking, but for SMM I can definitely make some cool levels out of whatever people make.
