NightYoshi370 wanted me to do this one, so lets-a-go! We now have a Minecraft server, one for the Java edition, and one for Bedrock/PE/Win10. You guys can thank FruitSmasher for the idea of having a Minecraft server! You can ask at Horizons thread or the MMM thread. The Java one runs on 1.8.8, and is whitelisted. The Bedrock one is not whitelisted, and the IP is in the MMM thread. Lots of new themes and costumes! Thanks to evrules5, we have many custom mystery mushroom sprites, including Spacehampster, Ryu, and Roy. Theres also been a Pateron only mod, which will be released to the public on the 28th. (Hint, it has something to do with NightYoshi370.) Buntendo has also released his Sand Kingdom mod, based on Super Mario Odyssey. As you may have heard, Miiverse has ended, which is pretty sad, but it was expected for a dead console.

Well, today is my birthday, so I got some very exciting stuff to share with all of you! This will be a combination of the mini What's up entry from a while ago with some new things! Super Mario Maker Hacking News We have new Super Mario Odyssey themes from GRAnimated, Buntendo & Hüseyin the Mighty. We also now have a Wooden Airship theme. Mario Making Mods News -Yoshi Gone Missing has unfortunately got cancelled. -We are now celebrating Halloween on the forum with a theme made by Gota7 ~~which I totally did not steal from Horizon without permission.~~ -We now have a new forum feature: Thread search! This can help you easily find threads on a forum page, but unfortunately, it doesn't look through all the pages, and you'll need to have JavaScript enabled for this. -We made a newer version of the [ thread ] BBCode which doesn't display the tags. -Sadly, IRC is gone from the forum, due to drama. -We now have a Patreon! It'll give you some neat benefits on the forums, and will help pay for the forums new hosting. -We have made a new Youtube video, showcasing all of our past mods.

AKA I need somewhere to announce that the forum is back and I'm too lazy to hit the announcements! Welcome back everyone to Mario Making Mods! Hopefully, this is the last user-caused downtime that will happen! Anyways, like the title said, this will be a mini "What's up?" blog post. Why is that? Because unfortunately, we don't have many Super Mario Hacks to show off! In fact, all of the mods put in today's blog is made by one man, which goes by Buntendo A proper blog post should come later on, but for now, this will suffice. New themes in SMM include The Seaside Kingdom & Mount Volbano / Luncheon Kingdom. Mario Making Mods News -"Super Mario Maker: Yoshi Gone missing" will, unfortunately, be delayed for a while. -We now have a new forum feature: Thread search! This can help you easily find threads on a forum page, but unfortunately, it doesn't look through all the pages, and you'll need to have JavaScript enabled for this. -If you quote this post and look at the sentence "New themes include", you'll see that they a) don't have tags & b) have an added s to the end. While this may get confusing after a while, we have made a version of the thread BBCode which removes the tags. -We now have a Patreon Page! The link for it should be in the Navigation bar in a short while! There are many advantages of becoming an MMM Patron, including: ~Access to early patron-only content on the page, the forum and the discord server! (well, I can't force everyone to go through that, as I'll only do it for the content that either I release, or people volunteer. Keep in mind that the time difference between the mods release date & the public release is 14 days. Never will I put a mod out for being "Patreon-only") ~Sneak peek photos of upcoming releases ~Patron-only polls ~Have a special Rank on the forum. -We have now affiliated with 2 amazing websites which are called "Horizon" and "SMMDB". You can find a link to Horizon in the "NSMBW forum" and a link to SMMDB at the top bar! ~Due to inactivity, I have demoted "MayroSMM" from main admin and replaced him with "Huseyin". ~I am in the middle of making a Halloween theme for the forum... ~We have officially gotten rid of IRC, in favor of discord, as the IRC relay thing is dumb and no one really liked it... -We now have moved to a newer host, due to some issues with the old one. I will not go into details here, but if you really want to know, just talk to me about it in private. Anyways, this host is one that I'll be paying, and while it is twice the price of the old one, the quality is great. and even though they provide a VPS for the same price as the old one, its way better! The old host used OVH while the new one uses VPSCheap! While this server has the same amount of RAM, it has 4 cores (the old one had one slow and shitty core) & a 50GB SSD. A huge shoutout to Repflez who helped me out with moving this site and Horizon. Why do we need a patron? Basically, for this host, I'm paying for it myself, and unfortunately, I can not do this alone, so I need a bit of support. Also, if you are wondering where the money is going, it's going into a PayPal account where the host will take the money from. And just in case you were wondering what the card is, it's an unreloadable prepaid master card that originally had 50$ inside of it, I put it on a PayPal account (which means it can merge credit card money together), had 7$ taken off of for initial purchase and has 40$ taken off as well for "prepaid service" (basically, you pay for the VPS in advance, which should pay off 5 months)). This is only for the hosting because the domain is paid off by Aileen Lumina! I hope you guys enjoy the mini What's up article! Honestly, its a bit rushed because I wanted to get the news out as soon as possible!

(Well, I didn't exactly ask if I could use them... Treeki, if you are reading this, and tell me that you want the Slatebit themes removed, please tell me and I'll happily remove them) - The forum might get a name change. - We are celebrating an early Halloween. Well, we were already, ever since sunday. Riddles I'll let last weeks one still running. The reason why this isn't getting solved is because you guys haven't been asking around for hints...
